We use your data to provide personalized learning experiences, generate adaptive study plans, track your progress, and improve our AI evaluation models. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Practice session recordings (audio/video) are stored in encrypted cloud storage and can be deleted at your request through your account settings.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party AI services (Anthropic, OpenAI) for question evaluation and feedback generation. Your responses may be processed by these services but are not retained by them beyond the processing window. We use Square for payment processing.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@callsphere.tech. You can also delete your account through the settings page, which will remove all associated data.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
