PrepSphere offers a free trial period followed by a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly through Square. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will continue through the end of your current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use PrepSphere for personal interview preparation purposes only. You may not redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit the content, questions, or AI-generated evaluations provided by the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on PrepSphere, including questions, evaluations, and learning materials, is owned by CallSphere LLC. Your practice responses and recordings remain your property, and you may request their deletion at any time.

6. Disclaimer

PrepSphere is an educational tool and does not guarantee interview success or employment outcomes. AI-generated evaluations and feedback are provided for learning purposes and may not perfectly reflect real interview assessments.

7. Limitation of Liability

CallSphere LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PrepSphere. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the settings page.
